Abbey Wash, MOT, OTR/L
Since 2009, Abbey has been practicing pediatric occupational therapy. From a very young age, she has been deeply passionate about serving children, specifically those with unique needs. She believes that parents are always the foremost experts of their child’s care team and loves partnering with them to maximize their child’s potential.
Abbey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Science degree and went on to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been an active leader within the American Occupational Therapy Association, serving on the Commission on Education and being selected as a 2011 Emerging Leader. She is board certified and licensed in the state of North Carolina. Abbey habla español a un nivel intermedio.

Abbey loves playing, cooking, and finding adventures around Charlotte with her husband, two daughters, and large extended family. She also is honored to serve on the board of the non-profit, CP Extension (cpextension.org), that improves access to care for individuals with cerebral palsy and their families.
Abbey is in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and can provide documentation to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from other insurance plans.
Julie Dow, MSOT, OTR/L
Julie is a passionate and accomplished pediatric occupational therapist who has been helping clients and their families thrive since 2012. Her expertise spans a wide range of settings, including pediatric outpatient care, acute care, and telehealth services. In these roles, she has honed her skills in developmental interventions, sensory integration, and evidence-based care plans for children. Her background as a foster care parent has also instilled a passion for social-emotional health and its impact on behavior and academic performance.
Julie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also a certified American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist. When not working with children, Julie is an adjunct professor for CPCC's OTA program.

Julie is also a military spouse and enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young boys, and attending their many sporting events.
